The family-owned hotel is reflective of what is referred to as "indigenous" Negril architecture, with octagonal-shaped beach villas outfitted with kitchens and private whirlpool spas. Beachfront and superior rooms are positioned on the beachside and garden rooms are located next to the octagonal swimming pool and Jacuzzi, across the street from the beach. In show- casing its authentic Jamaican flair, each room is named after a Jamaican fruit and the surroundings punctuated with local fruit trees. Throughout are fish ponds and a popular hangout is a bar featuring a Japanese Koi fish pond.
Each villa ranges in size from one to three bedrooms and comes with a wrap-around verandah, living room, separate bedrooms, private whirlpool spa, equipped kitchen and maid service that includes the cooking of one meal per day (guests purchase the food), iron and ironing board, DVD and CD players. Villa kitchens are equipped with a four-burner stove with oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster oven, utensils, pots, dishes and cutlery. The villas all have a split air-conditioning unit in the living room as well as in the master bedroom.
Superior rooms are located atop the villas on the second and third floors on the beachside of the property. These rooms have a view of our lush tropical gardens and carry two full-size (double) beds, one bathroom with tub and shower, 28-inch flat-screen television set, refrigerator, balcony, iron and ironing board.
